The Wellbeing tab gives you a clear view of your organization’s overall wellbeing based on the scientifically validated WHO-5 Wellbeing Index.
On this page, you can view:
Dimension Scores – view average scores for each wellbeing dimension, scored out of 20.
Overall Wellbeing Score – see your organization’s average WHO-5 score, which is the sum of the dimension scores, scored out of 100.
Overall Wellbeing Over Time – track how the overall wellbeing score changes over a time period to identify improvements or areas that may need attention.
Comparisons – compare your scores against the overall MindFi average.
If you are on the Enterprise plan, you can also compare against industry benchmarks for deeper insights.
Wellbeing Zones by Custom Field – see the number of members in each wellbeing zone for specific departments, locations, or other custom fields:
Red zone: 0 – 28
Amber zone: 29 – 49
Green zone: 50 and above
Participation Count – view how many members have completed the wellbeing quiz and contributed to the scores.
These insights can help you monitor the mental wellbeing of your workforce, identify risk areas early, and plan targeted wellbeing initiatives.

If custom fields have been set up for your organization, you can filter the data to view insights by specific department, location, or other custom fields. See Filtering the Data
