This feature is only available to organizations that have subscribed to it.
If you are accessing MindFi through Optum, this feature is not available. See Access for Dependants of Optum Members instead.
With Family Sharing, you are able to share your Premium access to MindFi and your therapy credits (if applicable) with your family members. Depending on the configuration, your family members can get their own set of credits or they will share credits with you.
The number of family members that you can share with is decided by your organization.
How It Works
On the Mobile App, go to Settings
Tap on Family sharing
Tap on Set up Family sharing
Enter your family member’s email address and select the relationship with you
Tap on Send invitation
Your family member will receive an email that contains a link
If they don't have the app installed and don't have an app account yet, they will need to download and install the app and sign up for an account using the same email address that the invitation email was sent. For example, if you have sent the invitation to [email protected], your family member needs to sign up using [email protected]
If your family member already has an account and you have entered the email address that is linked to their account, they will get immediate shared Premium access and therapy credits
You will get a notification that your family member has been successfully added to your list of family members under Family Sharing
You can add/remove your family member’s access anytime
