You'll need a MindFi account with Admin access to view the Hub. Don't have an account yet? You can refer to Creating an Account to sign up on the Web App.
If you are the sole Admin, write in to us at [email protected] by stating the email address you've used to sign up with. We'll upgrade your account to Admin
If there are already other active Admins, you can reach out to one of them to invite you as an Admin. See Managing Admins
Once your account has been granted Admin status, you can log in to the Hub with the same credentials you used to sign up
We recommend using a desktop as the Hub is not optimized for mobile phones
