View detailed information about your organization's subscription plan, including the number of seats in use and the total therapy and coaching hours utilized.
The tracking for therapy and coaching usage is available for prepaid plans, allowing you to determine if you need to top up your prepaid therapy and coaching hours.
On the left panel of the Hub, click on Settings > Organization > Billing. There are 3 sections on this page:
Current Plan
This section shows what plan your organization is on, and the start and end dates of the plan.
Platform Seats
This section shows the features included in the current plan, and the number of seats used out of the subscribed number of seats. The number of seats used corresponds to the total number shown on the members list.
Coaching & Counselling
If your organization has prepaid for a number of hours, this section shows how many hours have been utilized. When the number of hours used has exceeded 80% of the prepaid amount, the orange alert box will be visible, and an alert will be sent to your email address.
