If you’ve had a session with a Provider, you can request a session slot with them for a day that currently has no available slots. Here’s how you can make a request:
Chat with your Provider on the Messages tab. Let them know when you want to have the next session
Once a date and time has been decided, you can either:
Book the session on the app OR
Ask your Provider to initiate the session for you to accept on the app
If your Provider isn't able to accommodate your preferred slot, you may want to change to another Provider.
