To get the most out of your time, we recommend joining a few minutes early to check your camera and microphone setup.
🚨 Important note:
Please join your session using a personal device on a home or mobile network. Work networks and VPNs often block video calls and may prevent you from connecting. They may also cause audio and video disruptions.
If you’re using a VPN, please turn it off before joining. If you’re unable to connect, reach out to your Provider to continue your session on another platform.
Follow these steps to join a session:
On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details
Click on Join session
On the video preview page, click on Join
See Check Your Tech Setup for details on checking and configuring your camera, microphone, speakers, and connection.
You'll be in a waiting room until your Provider joins the call
In the call, you can use the in-session chat, share your screen, and even create polls
Your Provider will act as the host of the call. At the end of the session, they can end the call for everyone and you will return to the Care Team tab

After the session, you can:
Book subsequent sessions with the same Provider or with a different Provider
