Inviting Employees

Sending the invitation email to employees

After adding employees, you can send the invitation email to them any time. This can be helpful if you prefer to schedule invitations for a specific date.

Employees will receive an email with a link to the Web App signup page. Their email and group code will be pre-filled on the app for a seamless signup experience.

🚨 Important note:

Before inviting employees, it's important to ensure that emails from the @mindfi.co domain are not blocked or quarantined by the email client's spam filters or other security measures.

To invite employees, on the left panel of the Hub, click on Settings > Employees

Inviting a single employee

  1. On the Employees table, find the specific employee you would like to invite

  2. Click on the Actions button

  3. Select Send invite

  4. Confirm sending the invitation

πŸ’‘ Tip:

You can send the invitation to employees as many times as required, but be mindful of the frequency as we don't want to be spamming them!

Inviting multiple employees

You can bulk-invite employees who have not been invited before. Note that you cannot resend invitations in bulk to employees who are already invited. If you would like to resend invitations, please refer to the steps in the section above.

  1. Above the Employees table, click on the Other actions dropdown

  2. Select Send invitations to new users
    ​

  3. Confirm sending the invitations. You will see how many employees will receive the email

  • Invitations cannot be sent to deactivated employees.
