Understand how your profile appears to members on the platform. This allows you to ensure all details are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect your professional image.
On the Provider Portal , click on the View Profile at the top right corner
βYou'll be redirected to your profile on the Web App

You will see that your profile is not accepting new clients, as Providers can't book sessions with themselves. Rest assured that members will still be able to book sessions with you.

Changes to your account profile on the mobile app will not update your provider profile.
