Members are allowed a 15-minute grace period before being marked as a no show.
If you join the session after the 15-minute grace period and your Provider has already marked it as a member no show:
You may reach out to your Provider to check if they are still willing to conduct the session.
If your Provider is unable or unwilling to proceed, you will need to book another session once the current session has ended.
