Grace Period for Sessions

How soon to join, and how long to wait

This article is intended for:

πŸ‘€ Members (Employees)

To ensure you get the full value of your session, your booking confirmation email mentions a 5-minute grace period. We highly encourage arriving within this window to keep your schedule on track.

However, we provide a 15-minute allowance for both parties:

  • If you are running late, your Provider will remain in the call for 15 minutes waiting for you.

  • If your Provider isn't there the moment you log in, please stay on the line for at least 15 minutes. They may be wrapping up a prior session.

You may reach out to your Provider via chat or email to let them know if you're running late or to check in on them if they are late.

Please note: If you drop off the call before the 15-minute mark and your Provider joins within that window, the session will be considered a no-show. In these cases, the session will not be eligible for a refund. If you'd like to appeal for a refund, see Refund appeals

In short: Please aim for the first 5 minutes, but remain in the call for 15 minutes to ensure your session is protected and eligible for support.
