The Productivity tab provides HR metrics that offer insights into employees' performance at work. The data shown here is collected from the "How's your wellbeing?" assessment, which contains the 5 questions from the Workplace Outcome Suite (WOS-5)
It highlights scores for key productivity indicators: Presenteeism, Work Engagement, Life Satisfaction, and Work Distress. These scores are displayed on a scale of 0 to 5, with values below 3 indicating areas that may need attention. Note that the scores for each indicator are independent and cannot be summed for a total score.
Additionally, the tab features a chart representing Absenteeism prevalence among employees.
To understand how your organization is performing as compared to other MindFi members and industries, you can see the MindFi Average and select an industry that you wish to compare to. The MindFi Average is based on the scores of all members in our database, while industry scores are based only on the scores of members in the selected industry.

If custom fields have been set up for your organization, you can filter the data to see the data of a specific department, location, etc. See Filtering the Data
