Book Follow-Up Sessions

Have more sessions with your Provider or with a different Provider

After completing a session with your Provider, you can book follow-up sessions. If you enjoyed your conversation, feel free to schedule more sessions with them. If not, you can easily switch Providers at any time.

With the same Provider

  1. On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details. You should see your Provider's name and profile pic

  2. Click on Schedule session
    ​

  3. Select a date and time, and the duration

  4. Review and confirm your booking

πŸ“ Note:

When booking follow-up sessions with your Provider, you don't need to select topics. The same topics you've selected for the 1st session will apply. See the steps below to change topics

With a different Provider

  1. On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details. You should see your Provider's name and profile pic

  2. Click on Change Provider
    ​

  3. Select topics

  4. Select a date and time, and the duration

  5. Review and confirm your booking
