How do I edit the info on my Provider profile?

If youโ€™d like to update your profile, such as the profile pic, bio, specializations, language, and supported countries, please reach out to us via chat or email us at [email protected]

๐Ÿ“ Note:

After we have updated your profile pic, this will not update it on the Messages tab and on the video call pages. To do so, please update your profile pic on the Settings screen of the Mobile App. See Editing Your Profile.

Your new profile pic will be reflected instantly everywhere except for video calls. Only video calls for new bookings will show the new profile pic.
