Step 4: Setting Your Timezone

Set your current timezone for booking times to be reflected accurately

The next step to set up your profile is to set the timezone you're currently in. This ensures that the times you're available is shown accurately on the app.

Set your timezone by following these steps:

  1. On the Dashboard, in the box showing your profile status, click on Set your current timezone

  2. Click on the dropdown to select your current timezone

  3. Click Save once done

🚨 Important notes:

  • Make sure the timezone of your connected calendar matches the timezone set in the Provider Portal.

  • Remember to update your timezone if you'll be in another country with a different timezone.

This ensures that your availability will show correctly to members and prevent incorrect scheduling of bookings.
