Why is my profile showing as inactive on the Provider Portal Dashboard?

In order for your profile to be active, you'll need to complete all 3 items listed on the Dashboard, which are:

  1. Connect your Google Calendar

  2. Set your current timezone

  3. Confirm your schedule

If an item is not completed, it will be in red. Simply click on an item to take the necessary action. The detailed steps are available in the articles listed in Getting Started as a Provider. Alternatively, watch a brief video guide below.
