Step 5: Setting Your Schedule

Set the days of the week and time slots in a day to receive bookings

The last step to set up your profile is to set your schedule. Your schedule determines the days in a week and time slots in a day that you want to receive bookings. The system will only read your availability from your Google Calendar based on the schedule you have set.

Set your schedule by following these steps:

  1. On the Dashboard, in the box showing your profile status, click on Confirm your schedule

  2. Toggle on the days of the week that you want to receive bookings

  3. For each day you have toggled on, set the time range that you're available

    1. The timings are in the timezone that you have set on the portal

  4. Once done, click on Save Changes

💡 Tip:

You can change/update your availability any time!

📝 Note

If your calendar is not connected but you have already set your schedule, members will still be able to see and book sessions based on the schedule you have configured.

If you would like to stop receiving bookings, please toggle off your schedule instead.


After completing all the steps to set up your profile, your profile status will change to Active on the Dashboard. Members will be able to see your profile on the app and book sessions with you!
