We've introduced several updates to the Provider Portal to improve scheduling accuracy and help you deliver smoother video sessions.
🎥 Pre-Call Connection Test
You can now test your device and network before joining a video session. You'll receive a clear report highlighting any issues and recommended steps to resolve them before your appointment.
We recommend running a quick test before your first session on a new device or network to help ensure a smooth experience for both you and your members.

🖼️ Blur & Virtual Backgrounds
We’ve now added the ability to blur your background or choose from a selection of professional virtual backgrounds during virtual sessions.
This feature can help create a more professional setting, reduce distractions, and provide additional privacy when working from shared spaces or home environments.
🌎 Bookings Timezone Selector
The Provider Portal now includes a timezone selector, allowing you to choose how your availability is displayed across timezones. This can be especially helpful when working with members in different time zones than yours.
⏰ Improved Daylight Saving Time (DST) Handling
We improved some rough edges here. The platform now automatically accounts for DST changes across all supported time zones. If you set your availability for a specific time in your local timezone, it will remain at that time after a DST transition, with appointment times automatically adjusted for members in other locations.
No action required from your end. Automatically applied based on your timezone.
🗂️ Find and Organize Your Sessions Faster
Ongoing sessions are now shown on the Dashboard with a clear label so you don't miss it. Additionally, on the Bookings tab, you can now sort sessions by their start dates and times.
