You can cancel sessions on the Provider Portal. See Cancelling Sessions as a Provider for detailed steps.
π Note:
Cancelling sessions that are starting later than 24 hours will automatically refund the session credit to the member, and you will not be compensated
For sessions that are starting in less than 24 hours, cancelling them will give you 50% of the session fee as compensation, and you will be able to decide whether the session credit should be refunded to the member. Refunding the session credit will forfeit your compensation
If you are the one who needed to cancel the session, you are expected to refund the session credit to the member
