How do I cancel a session?

You can cancel sessions on the Provider Portal. See Cancelling Sessions as a Provider for detailed steps.

πŸ“ Note:

  • Cancelling sessions that are starting later than 24 hours will automatically refund the session credit to the member, and you will not be compensated

  • For sessions that are starting in less than 24 hours, cancelling them will give you 50% of the session fee as compensation, and you will be able to decide whether the session credit should be refunded to the member. Refunding the session credit will forfeit your compensation

    • If you are the one who needed to cancel the session, you are expected to refund the session credit to the member
