The number of credits you need depends on how many therapy or coaching sessions you’d like to sponsor. As a guideline, we recommend keeping enough credits to cover your expected usage for the month so that your members always have uninterrupted access.
You can estimate your expected usage by reviewing past activity on your dashboard. Look at how many sessions your members have booked in recent months, then keep at least the same number of credits (or slightly more) in your balance to ensure continuous coverage. If you’re new, we recommend starting with a small buffer (e.g., a few sessions’ worth of credits) and adjusting as you see actual usage trends.
Alternatively, instead of buying credits, simply add a valid credit card and it will only be charged whenever your employees book therapy and coaching sessions.
