Set Up Therapy Access: Choose Who Pays

After creating your organization on the Hub, you will be brought to the Get Started page to complete a checklist.

The first step in setting up therapy access is to choose who should pay for therapy & coaching sessions on the platform. There are 3 options:

  • Covered by the organization
    In subsequent steps, you can define how many session hours each member can use per year, as well as set a budget per session.

    We recommend this option as organizations that pay typically see 5x more utilization than those that don't!
    ​

  • Employee pays out of pocket
    The company will not be charged. Instead, the member will see the session fee during the booking process and will need to pay by credit card to confirm their session.
    ​

  • Employee pays out of pocket & reimbursed by organization
    Similar to the previous option, employees will need to pay for their sessions. If your organization allows employees to claim back the session fee as part of employee benefits, select this option and we will make this known to your employees.

This setting can be changed any time on the Therapy Settings page.
