If your Provider has not started the session, you will be in the waiting room until they have joined. Once they have joined, you will be automatically admitted to the call. You may want to reach out to your Provider to check if they will be joining soon.
If your Provider has already started the session, but you're still stuck in the waiting room, this typically happens due to network restrictions. If you’re on a VPN, or work network, try disconnecting, close the video call tab and join again.
Still not working? Contact your Provider to continue your session on another platform.
