The notification is sent when our system is unable to connect to your calendar. Even if your calendar is shown as connected on the Provider Portal, please disconnect and reconnect.
π¨ Important note:
When connecting your calendar, please ensure that you allow all permissions. Not allowing certain permissions may block our system from reading your availability accurately, and may repeatedly trigger the calendar reconnection email notification.
Rest assured that by allowing all permissions, our system will not be able to read the details of the events on your calendar. The system will only be able to tell that certain times are blocked, and hence those time slots will not be shown to members for booking.
