After booking a session, you can chat with your Provider on the Messages tab. Chatting with your Provider can be especially helpful if you need to reschedule a session on short notice or have questions about what to expect. Providers may also share in-app resources they find beneficial or simply check in to see how you're doing.
Here's how to chat with your Provider on the Web App and Mobile App:
On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details
Click on Message Provider

Alternatively, you can go straight to the Messages tab and find the chat channel with your Provider
Type and send a message to start the conversation
When your Provider messages you, you'll receive an email notification and/or a push notification (for Mobile App). Remember to turn on push notifications so you don't miss their message
