Chat with Your Provider

Reach out to your therapist or coach for rescheduling or clarifications

After booking a session, you can chat with your Provider on the Messages tab. Chatting with your Provider can be especially helpful if you need to reschedule a session on short notice or have questions about what to expect. Providers may also share in-app resources they find beneficial or simply check in to see how you're doing.

Here's how to chat with your Provider on the Web App and Mobile App:

  1. On the Care Team tab (available on both Web and Mobile Apps) or the Home page of the Web App, scroll to the session details

  2. Click on Message Provider
    ​

  3. You'll be directed to the Messages tab

  4. Alternatively, you can go straight to the Messages tab and find the chat channel with your Provider

  5. Type and send a message to start the conversation

  6. When your Provider messages you, you'll receive an email notification and/or a push notification (for Mobile App). Remember to turn on push notifications so you don't miss their message
