I can't reschedule a session

Sessions that are starting in less than 24 hours cannot be rescheduled. You may cancel the session instead, if you aren't able to attend. However, please note that you won't be refunded the credit or amount that you have paid.

  • You can get a refund for a MindFi session if and only if:

    • You and your Provider mutually agree to a refund, and this agreement is clearly documented via in-app chat or email.

    • You email a copy of this conversation to [email protected] within 7 days of the session date. Requests submitted after 7 days won't be reviewed or processed.

If there is no mutual agreement, refunds are only given if an investigation confirms the issue was due to your Provider or MindFi's platform.
