My location/timezone is not correct

You can change your timezone any time on the Provider Portal by going to the Timezone sub tab.

We highly encourage you to update your timezone promptly, so your availability will appear correctly to members.

Please note that bookings on the portal are shown in your browser's local timezone, and not in the timezone you have set on the portal. For example, if you have set your timezone to Australia/Sydney, but you are currently in London, booking times will be shown in Europe/London timezone.
