How to set a calendar event as 'Busy' or 'Free'?

This article is intended for:

🧑‍⚕️ Providers

By setting events on your connected calendar to 'Busy' or 'Free,' our system will be able to detect whether those times should be shown as available for members to book with you.

For example:

  • If you have an all-day event set on your calendar, and the status is set to 'Free', members will still be able to book with you for that day

  • Creating a 'Busy' event will block the specific time slot from appearing to members
